About the project

Final Fantasy XI was first released in Japan on May 16, 2002 for the Playstation 2. As the series' very first MMORPG, it introduced the fans both new and old alike into the vast world of Vana'diel.

This fanzine project is meant to showcase the world of Vana'diel from the people's perspective and pay homage to the original Vana'diel Tribune, the MMO's in-universe online magazine that was released from 2002 to 2006, in the form of an open-to-all, community zine.

Due to the nature of this project, it may contain spoilers from the game's story contents.
